Muflis is a popular Teen Patti variation where the hand rankings are reversed – the weakest hand wins instead of the strongest. It’s perfect for players who love bluffing and surprises!
Deck: Standard 52-card deck (No jokers).
Players: 3 to 6 players (same as classic Teen Patti).
Boot & Betting: Same as Classic Teen Patti (players contribute the boot amount, play Blind or Seen, and follow standard betting turns).
Objective: Make the weakest hand possible – the hand rankings are reversed.
The hand considered strongest in classic Teen Patti becomes the weakest in Muflis, and vice versa.
Here’s the ranking from Best (Weakest) to Worst (Strongest):
Muflis Rank (Best to Worst) | Example | Classic Teen Patti Equivalent |
---|---|---|
1. High Card (Best Hand) | 2♦ 4♣ 7♥ | Lowest in Classic |
2. Pair | 4♦ 4♠ 9♥ | Second-lowest in Classic |
3. Color (Flush) | 2♣ 6♣ 9♣ | Third-lowest in Classic |
4. Sequence (Straight) | 4♦ 5♥ 6♣ | Middle rank in Classic |
5. Pure Sequence (Straight Flush) | 3♠ 4♠ 5♠ | Second-best in Classic |
6. Trail/Trio (Worst Hand) | 7♠ 7♦ 7♥ | Best hand in Classic |
Ace is considered the highest card, so A-K-Q is a very bad hand in Muflis.
Game ends when only two players remain or someone requests a show.
The lowest-ranked hand (as per Muflis ranking) wins the entire pot.
Blind / Seen Play – You can play blind (without seeing cards) or seen (after looking).
Side Show – You can request a side show with another seen player; the weaker hand stays and the stronger one packs.
Pot Limit – A maximum pot limit can be set; after reaching it, cards are shown automatically.
